Living your College life with Sugar-free Red Bull

Why Red Bull?

Adapting to the many changes in a college setting is a difficult task. As a college student you are forced to put in long hours outside of the class room: studying and doing homework are just a few examples. Having classes as early as 8am can be tiring especially when you do not received the recommend 8 hours of sleep during the night, but adding a sugar-free Red Bull to your diet can make all the difference! The sugar-free red bull as opposed to the regular only contains 10 calories per can. This prevents you from consuming unneeded calories into your diet. Red Bull is made with taurie to give you energry. At times of extreme physical exertion, the body no longer produces the required amounts of taurine, and a relative deficiency results. Taurine acts as a metabolic transmitter and additionally has a detoxifying effect and strengthens cardiac contractility. This in return allows the body to gain energy.

As a regular sugar-free Red Bull drinker I can say that I have seen personal results in the amount of energy my body has on and off of Red-Bull. Instead of feeling drained and tired late at night when I’m working on a project Red-Bull gives me the advantage of staying focused and working more diligently! Also, during my early 8am and 9am classes unlike most students I feel awake and energized. This gives me the benefit of being an active participant in class. I wouldn’t give up Red-Bull if I had to :)
